The Triangular Castle of Poitiers, erected in the first half of the 13th century and destroyed from 1591, was a fortress that stood at Poitiers at the confluence of the Clain and the Boivre. It was built for the Duke Jean de Berry, and is best known for its performance in the Very Rich Hours.
