About

Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul Church is a Catholic parish church located in Vémars, Val-d'Oise, France. It succeeds a medieval building, which was rebuilt according to the same plan after the Hundred Years' War, in a flamboyant Gothic style. The site probably began at the end of the 15th century with the choir, and ended in 1545 with the facade.

Originally, the bell tower was to be located above the fourth span of the south side. It was replaced by a new tower tower in front of the north side during the first half of the seventeenth century. The lateral windows of the choir were re-opened in the 17th or 18th century.

A porch and sacristy are also added, but were demolished during the second half of the 20th century. In its present form, the church consists of a six-span central vessel accompanied by two sides, and ending with a flat bedside. It was restored in 1849 and 1882, and recently in the early 21st century, and is in an excellent condition.
