The cinematheque in Grenoble is an association of film and film professionals founded in 1962. Located at 4 rue Hector-Berlioz in Grenoble, the mission of the institution is to preserve, enhance the cinematographic heritage and to educate and train in images. Located at 4 rue Hector-Berlioz, the cinematheque in Grenoble has important collections of films, posters, press kits, books and magazines. It is subsidized by the National Film and Image Centre, the Regional Council Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, the Departmental Council of Isère and the city of Grenoble.
