appartement du docteur Gagnon
Dr. Gagnon's apartment or Stendhal House is a two-storey, two-storey property of the 16th and 17th centuries that has become a museum dedicated to the writer Henri Beyle dit Stendhal and presenting mainly his family and social environment. Located 20, Grande Rue in Grenoble, where the novelist lived during his childhood between 1790 and 1796, this place "of intellectual formation" inspired the future writer for his work.
The apartment itself is one of the components of the Stendhal Museum, which includes three places and one route in the city. The places belong to the city of Grenoble.
