About

Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption Church is a parish Catholic church located in Ézanville, France. His flamboyant Gothic choir of the 1540s, finished in the taste of the Renaissance, is his only remarkable part. It consists of three straight spans and a five-sided apse, and is generously illuminated.

Despite its small dimensions, a width of 6 m, a height of 9 m, and a length of 15.30 m in the work, its architecture is of great refinement. It is characterized by wavy pillars embedded in the walls, wearing friezes carved with plant motifs as capitals, and by arches with hanging keys. The last two vaults are decorated with liernes and thirdrons.

In the apse, the veins describe an original drawing evoking the petals of a flower. To the north, the choir was primitively at two levels of elevation; This is only the case in the first span. The ship is flanked by a bell tower of the 14th century; a sacristy from the transformation of a side chapel; and a small low chapel.
