About

Saint-Bruno Church is a 17th-century Catholic church built in the centre of Bordeaux, in the Gironde department and the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. It depends on the archdiocese of Bordeaux and is placed under the name of Saint Bruno, founder of the Chartreux. It is the first baroque church to be built in Bordeaux before the Saint Paul church and the Notre Dame church.

The church faces the cemetery of the Chartreuse, the oldest and largest cemetery in Bordeaux. It has been classified as historical monuments since 1862.
