cathédrale de Werner
Werner's Cathedral is a late Ottoman cathedral, formerly located in Strasbourg. Built between 1015 and 1040 by order of Bishop Werner of Habsburg, it was one of the largest religious buildings of the time. On numerous occasions, the building was damaged by storms and fires, and it began to be demolished from 1180 onwards to be replaced by the present cathedral, in which only foundations and crypts remained of Werner's cathedral.
